Sara Cohen
VP of Business Development

Sara brings more than 15 years of international executive experience and a deep understanding of global cultures and business to her role as a business development director at UBI.
Sara is the business development practice leader in the industrial and financial services practices. Within industrial, she works with clients in energy, manufacturing, natural resources, and transportation & logistics sectors. In the financial services practice, she works with clients in several sectors, including asset management, commercial banking, consumer finance, and financial technology.
Prior to joining UBI, Sara was an international sales and business development executive who facilitated business transactions globally in Switzerland, France, Brazil, China, and Canada. As director of M&A for a boutique energy advisory firm, she divided her time between the United States and China.

Dennis Morrison, CFO

Chief Financial Officer

Dennis joined UBI as a senior accountant in 2019. He prepares all the accounting work for UBI's investment portfolio; oversees grants management analysis; and plays a lead role in the preparation of audited financial statements, tax returns, and investment and grant-related reports and schedules to support financial reports to the board.
​
When he became a member of the Wallace staff, Matos brought 11 years of experience in the field, including seven spent as a public accountant, with responsibilities spanning audit, tax, financial reporting, and business management. He served for three years as a fund controller for system controls, Dennis prepared the monthly closing and various reports for a portfolio of offshore entities with assets of more than $2.5 billion; determined fair market value measurements for the funds and conducted various analyses to ensure the portfolio was in compliance with regulations; and prepared quarterly and annual financial statements.

Dennis is an accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Long Island University, C.W. Post.
